I love taking pictures. There is nothing I would rather be doing. I've shot headshots, weddings, newborns, famlies and a few things in between. I love it all. In my spare time - I pursure fine art photography. The best part of taking someone's picture is the special bond between a photographer and a subject. It takes a lot of trust to step in front of a camera.  I honor that trust by creating great images that your family will treasure.

I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area most of my life and have no real desire to live anywhere else. I don't rest much. When I'm not taking pictures I spend as much time outside as possible. Hiking, biking, fishing, paddling - as long as it means being in the sun.

I got my first taste of photography in high school; working in an ill-equipped dark room and shooting with a pin-hole camera made out of a coffee can. I am a regular judge for photography shows. I am a member of the Advisory Board for the Photography Department at Las Positas College, and I have volunteered my time and services for churches and community organizations such as Tri-Valley Haven.

I primarily service the San Francisco Bay Area and I am willing to travel pretty much anywhere.  Have a creative idea no one else wants to tackle? Let's talk. I've always wanted to shoot a zombie invasion engagement session.
